Dura Municipality announces that pumping water into the network will start today, completing the previously announced distribution schedule. Once all the areas remaining from the previous schedule are covered, distribution will move to a schedule by neighborhood, with water pumped to neighborhoods and areas in turn, according to the approved order and the amount of water reaching the city.
Municipal crews will monitor pumping and distribution in the field around the clock to bring water to as many neighborhoods and areas as possible, and to fix any problem that may arise during distribution.
We kindly ask citizens to:
- Use water sparingly and only for essential needs.
- Not store more water than needed, so that water can reach as many homes as possible.
- Make sure household tanks and pipes are ready, and close unused taps.
- Top up the meter card and make sure water reaches the meter.
- Follow the Municipality's official announcements for any updates to the pumping and distribution schedule.
- Report any outage or problem in areas whose turn in the distribution has been announced.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We will continue to do everything we can to make supply more regular, shorten waiting times, and distribute water fairly among all neighborhoods and areas.
