In 2009, Dura Municipality opened the public vehicle complex, built at a cost of $80,000 funded by the Municipality. The complex hosts all public transport lines to and from the city of Hebron, as well as long-distance lines such as Ramallah and Jericho.

The complex organizes vehicle parking and ends random parking, helping to reduce traffic congestion and provide a safe and orderly urban environment, in line with the Municipality's strategic plan to improve the transport sector.

Dura Municipality continues to develop the complex's services and facilities so that it remains a model of modern service for citizens and visitors.
