Public Relations and Cultural Events

The best and most effective way to communicate with the community is direct engagement with the community and the public. This is done by organizing and managing many activities and events that strengthen communication and build relationships with the public and the community, both inside and outside the institution.

Responsibilities of the Department

The department organizes and coordinates public events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, press conferences and special ceremonies. These events aim to attract media and public attention and raise awareness of the institution's activities and initiatives.

The department deals with the media and provides important information and data to journalists and media outlets. This includes writing press releases and giving media interviews.

The department builds and strengthens relationships with external parties such as non-governmental organizations, companies and the local community. This can include organizing meetings with these parties.

The department is also responsible for managing the institution's social media accounts, publishing engaging content and interacting with followers across platforms.

The department supports and carries out social initiatives that serve the local community. These can include awareness campaigns, community development activities and fundraising campaigns.

The department prepares periodic evaluation reports to measure the success of activities and events and their impact on the intended goals.
