The Ambulance and Emergency Unit was established on 10/08/2020 and has since handled (00000) cases. The ambulance serves all areas of Dura and the surrounding villages, a population of about 110,000. Dura Municipality's ambulance service is known for its fast response: the average time to reach an incident within the municipal boundaries does not exceed 6 minutes. The service is run around the clock, at a nominal cost, by highly experienced field crews who handle cases quickly according to approved medical protocols: a team of 4 nurses and 3 paramedics who also serve as drivers. .
