You are invited to submit quotations for the following supplies: supply of spike barriers.
Dura Municipality intends to use part of its general budget allocations, funded by the Municipality's fund, to pay for the contract under this second request for quotations for the supply of spike barriers, No. DURA/MUN/2026/060, for which this invitation is issued.
You may submit a quotation for one or more of the items in this invitation. Quotations will be evaluated item by item, and a separate contract will be awarded to the supplier with the lowest evaluated price for each item.

Quotations must be submitted in one copy, in Arabic, with sufficient technical documents, catalogs and printed material on each quoted item (also in Arabic), including the names and addresses of the companies that will provide service and maintenance in the State of Palestine.
The deadline for receiving quotations at the above address is Tuesday, 26/09/2026, at 10:00 AM.
Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name and number of the request for quotations.
A supplier may not take part in any procurement with more than one offer, whether independently or jointly with others.
