Dura Municipality intends to use part of its general budget allocations (street maintenance), funded by the Municipality's fund, to pay for the contract under this request for quotations for building asphalt speed bumps at several locations (second call), No. DURA/MUN/2026/059, for which this invitation is issued.
We invite you to submit a sealed quotation for building speed bumps at several locations (second call).
To help you prepare your quotation, we attach the drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, contract conditions and a quotation form.
Quotations must be delivered to the address below before Monday, 21/09/2026, at 10:00 AM, and must remain valid for 90 days from the submission deadline. Any contractor who withdraws a quotation during its validity period and/or refuses to accept the award of the contract will be excluded from the list of contractors invited to submit quotations for two years.
Instructions to bidders and the contract terms and conditions are attached for your information and guidance.
Quotations received after the set date and time will be rejected. Quotations will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend, at the address below, on Monday, 21/09/2026, at 10:00 AM.
Please confirm receipt of this invitation by fax or email, and let us know within three days whether or not you intend to submit a quotation.
