
Dura Municipality Receives Waste Containers to Enhance Sanitation Services
As part of ongoing cooperation with the Ministry of Local Government and the Joint Services Council for Solid Waste Management in Hebron Governorate, and following a series of follow-ups, Dura Municipality has received a number of new waste containers based on the needs of the city and its neighborhoods. The new containers will contribute to strengthening sanitation services, improving solid waste management, and reducing waste accumulation.
The containers include 240-liter plastic bins, 4-cubic-meter metal containers, and 1-cubic-meter metal containers. Their provision comes as part of the municipality’s efforts to strengthen the waste collection system and expand coverage across different areas of the city.
The Services Department at Dura Municipality continues its efforts and follow-up to secure additional containers and expand coverage to include new areas. These efforts aim to improve overall cleanliness and enhance the quality of services provided to residents.
