The center aims to spread culture and knowledge through guidance , information , education and entertainment by holding seminars and exhibitions , organizing  specialized meetings and courses , forming folk arts teams , reviving heritage , and hosting all events related to the public interest . this project was completed in 1998 . the project is financed by the taawon foundation . in addition to self-financing , where the value of this funding amounted to $35,000 from the cooperation foundation.in addition to self-financing , most of which was in-kind .

Facility components:

1)   Hall: There is a hall in the center’s building that can accommodate hundreds of participants and attendees for various events and hosting specialized conferences, competitions, lectures, seminars, etc. 2) Computer laboratory: The center includes a computer laboratory through which specialized courses are held to serve the local community.
