For the fourth consecutive week, Al-Omari Market in Dura has become a renewed weekly destination for families and a platform for supporting national products
The city of Dura is hosting today, Saturday, the activities of the Al-Omari Weekly Market near Al-Omari Mosque in the heart of the city. The market has officially become a weekly destination eagerly anticipated by residents and visitors, jointly organized by the Dura Municipality and the Dura Youth Council.
In its fourth week, the market is witnessing a notable expansion in the variety of offerings and participants. Under one roof, it brings together stalls featuring fresh homemade products, traditional crafts and handmade goods, alongside significant support for youth-led projects and productive families, who have found in the market a genuine opportunity for marketing and growth.
The Dura Municipality and the Youth Council emphasize that the market’s continuation into its fourth week reflects the success of the initiative in revitalizing the city center commercially and culturally. They are inviting residents and visitors from neighboring areas to visit the market, which remains open until 9:00 p.m., enjoy shopping directly from local entrepreneurs, and support the sustainability and growth of locally produced goods.
