Our dear people of the city of Dura,

I welcome you all, on my own behalf and on behalf of the elected members of the Dura Municipal Council, and we extend our sincere thanks to you for choosing us, hoping to God Almighty that we will live up to your expectations, and hoping that we will receive support and help from you.

And because Dura is an ancient city, and because it has a renewed history, and because it has a distinctive character, and because it has the power of action and influence in the nation’s equation… and because Dura is growing and thriving… and because Dura is transforming, with its culture, heritage, and people, into a community incubator for broader frameworks, and because it is a geography for sustainable development of new geographies, we urge you to go forth and be open with Your municipality is the mother of the institutions in Dura, in participating and cooperating with us in sustainable development capable of highlighting Dura with its history and culture that speak to it.

From my position as elected president of the municipality of Dura, I will work with the members of the municipal council to strive to be loyal in serving our country, extending our hands to every member of our country to cooperate together to improve the level of services provided to you.
