evaluating them until the end of their services .
2-providing appropriate
working conditions for employees , monitoring the cleanliness , maintenance and
guarding of internal municipal facilities , and organizing the provision of
hospitality services to employees and visitors .
3- managing municipal
werehouses in terms of receiving , dispensing , stocking and inventorying
materials. As well as organizing the destruction of spent and invalid
materials.
4-managing the municipal archives according to the system followed in the municipality , while providing appropriate conditions for preserving documents and preventing them from being destroyed , and retrieving documents when needed .
