As part of its preparations to implement the “First National Dura Wedding” initiative, Dura Municipality Mayor Eng. Muhannad Amro and members of the Municipal Council, in the presence of the supervising committee, held meetings with a number of journalists and representatives of media outlets in Hebron Governorate, as well as photography studio owners, to discuss the media coverage and documentation arrangements for the initiative.

The meetings addressed mechanisms for media coverage of the national event, highlighting its message of supporting young people and promoting the values of solidarity and social responsibility. They also covered arrangements for documenting the participants’ wedding ceremonies while ensuring their privacy.

The Mayor emphasized the important role of the media in contributing to the success of the initiative and conveying its message, commending their willingness to contribute to documenting this community occasion and highlighting its significance and message.

These meetings are part of the ongoing preparations for the launch of the “First National Dura Wedding” on September 26.
