Dura Municipality Concludes Participation in Arab Cities Organization Conference
The delegation of Dura Municipality, represented by Mayor Eng. Muhannad Amr and Municipal Council Member Dr. Hikmat Hajja, has concluded its participation in the 20th General Conference of the Arab Towns Organization, held in Salalah, Sultanate of Oman, under the theme “More Innovative and Sustainable Cities.” The conference brought together a wide range of mayors, city and municipal representatives, and decision-makers.
The conference addressed a number of issues related to the development of municipal work and the promotion of innovation and sustainability in cities, in addition to showcasing models and practices in the fields of local administration, public services, and urban development.
The participation also provided the Dura Municipality delegation with an opportunity to meet with a number of mayors and representatives of Arab municipalities and discuss prospects for cooperation, contributing to the strengthening of municipal relations and paving the way for future partnerships.
